Every trainer teaches to the same standard, in their own voice.
Korin Nolan
Korin Nolan is the founder of Power Pilates UK, which she opened in Beckenham in 2014 with a vision to bring a more dynamic, progressive approach to Pilates to the local community. With a background in dance, Korin first discovered Pilates during her training at the London College of Dance and qualified with Body Control Pilates in 2004.
Over the past two decades, she has continued to evolve her teaching, combining the principles and precision of Pilates with strength and athletic conditioning. Korin remains very much at the heart of Power Pilates UK, teaching regularly, developing the studio’s programming and her teams education to ensure the studio continues to move forward.
She is also co-founder of Dynamic Pilates TV, an online Pilates platform with a global community spanning more than 70 countries.
Natalie Scrutton
Natalie grew up dancing in Liverpool and gained her National Diploma in Musical Theatre and Dance from Bird College, Sidcup. She came to Pilates to work through an injury and stayed for good. Expect high energy, good music, and a mix of strength and stretch — her focus is helping people find a way of training they actually want to come back to.
Kylie Hawryliw
Kylie studied contemporary dance and musical theatre at college and university before moving into fitness full time. She has taught group and private Pilates in and around London for over seven years, and is known for a welcoming, positive room. Her understanding of how the body moves — and what it's capable of — is what makes her classes work.
Kimberley-Jade O'Kagbue
Kimberley-Jade first came to Pilates in 2008 while studying dance at college. Fitness had always been part of her life, but after being diagnosed with PCOS she went looking for the exercise that would help most — and Reformer Pilates did. She trained for years before gaining her Reformer qualification in 2019, and now teaches to help others build confidence and strength at every stage.
Abby Bebbington
Abby trained at Central School of Ballet and Laine Theatre Arts and danced professionally until major foot surgery in 2018 — after touring with Mary Poppins The Musical — ended her career. She found Pilates during rehabilitation and never looked back. Her classes leave you stronger, more mobile and better connected to what your body can do.
Lauren Guirard
Lauren started Pilates years ago to look after her overall wellbeing and mental health, and fell for the practice quickly. Now a certified Reformer Pilates instructor, she guides people through their own version of the same journey — building strength, improving flexibility and connecting with their body in a way that means something, while still being properly challenged.
Jen Abbotts
Jen moved to London at sixteen to train in Musical Theatre at Laine Theatre Arts, and first met Pilates there, using it to rehab minor dance injuries. After more than a decade in the West End, on tour and in TV and film — Chicago, Wicked, Bodyguard, Captain America — she came back to it properly. Expect a keen eye for technique, spicy combinations and a feel-good playlist.
Emily
Emily came to Reformer Pilates seven years ago, when a second child left little time for high-intensity gym sessions — and even less for washing her hair daily. She was looking for something sustainable, and got stronger in ways she hadn't before, along with a focus and clarity she wasn't expecting. She trained as an instructor to pass that on.
Freya Reed
She began her career as a dance teacher, naturally incorporating Pilates into her practice. Through this, she experienced firsthand its incredible benefits for both body and mind, and saw the positive impact it had on her students. Inspired by the practice, she transitioned into teaching Pilates, creating classes centred around fun, fluid and functional movement. Her aim is to help everyone feel comfortable and confident, both in and out of class.
Eleni Price
Eleni found Reformer Pilates while travelling around Asia in 2025. She'd never found a form of exercise she genuinely enjoyed before, but fell for how Pilates could be challenging and relaxing at once — and how much stronger and more connected to her body it left her. Her classes combine slow, controlled movement with dynamic sequences to build strength, improve mobility and challenge the whole body, in a room that stays enjoyable and relaxed.
Abi Chapman
Abi is a former dancer with 15 years of teaching experience who trained at a London performing arts and teacher training college, gaining her Level 4 Diploma in Dance Instruction and Education in Ballet, Tap, and Modern. She discovered Pilates during her dance training, initially to support her technique and later as a way to maintain strength, flexibility and longevity in movement. Now working full-time as a Pilates instructor and dynamic reformer tutor, Abi enjoys teaching all levels from beginners to advanced movers, pre and post natal. Expect functional moves with choreographic flair in her classes.
