As the summer months quickly approach, there’s no better time to start preparing yourself to hit the beach. And what better way to give you the kick start you need, than joining our Beach Body Challenge? Last summer saw our clients achieve some fantastic results with our monthly intensive program of 5 classes a week.
With our intensive monthly program you will:

What’s the plan?
Five classes a week for one month! By increasing your sessions per week, you will maximise your fitness, strength and ability as well as losing weight, inches and toning up. We also encourage you to eat clean throughout your month, for maximum results. To motivate your healthy eating, head over to our Facebook page for daily inspiration.
YOU CAN CHOOSE TO START OUR BEACH BODY CHALLENGE AT ANY POINT FROM THE 16TH OF MAY UNTIL THE END OF MID JULY. YOUR MONTH WILL START FROM THE DATE OF YOUR FIRST CLASS.
PRICING
£220 for 20 classes. Your month will start from the day of your first class and will expire one month exactly from that date. You can buy the Beach Body Challenge from the 16th May up until mid July.
What if I already have classes on my account?
For those of you already on monthly passes or memberships, fear not, you can still join in! Simply request top up classes at just £11 each.
