IT IS COMPULSORY TO WEAR SOCKS IN OUR CLASSES. WE RECOMMEND GRIP SOCKS WHICH WE SELL IN OUR STUDIO FOR £15. PLEASE DO NOT BRING CASH WE CAN TAKE PAYMENT VIA YOUR ACCOUNT.
NEW TO POWER PILATES UK?
If this is your first time booking a class with us you’ll need to sign up for an account and purchase classes before you book. Once you’ve signed up all you need to do is login next time you would like to book.
If you have never done Dynamic Reformer Pilates before, then you must book into 2 Beginner classes before trying an All Levels class. Intermediate/Advanced, Strength & HIIT and Jumpboard are our most advanced and only should be attended after several sessions.
Please note: we operate a 24 hour cancellation policy for all classes. If the class is cancelled less than 24 hours before class start time, class credit will be forfeited. This is for ANY cancellation reason including, but not limited to, sickness, COVID -19, injury, traffic, accidental bookings, multiple bookings or transportation issues.
