Unlike more traditional reformer and matwork Pilates which mainly focuses on the core, Dynamic Reformer Pilates offers a results-driven workout for the entire body. Here at PPUK, we love a lower and upper body burn! With the addition of weights in our classes, these movements can be intensified on the reformer providing a really powerful, balanced full-body workout. Not only this, but we recognise the need for other forms of exercise in your weekly workouts. This is why our extensive schedule offers Strength Pilates, HIIT Pilates (especially beneficial for women over forty looking to combat the onset of perimenopause and menopause), and Jumpboard Pilates which provides a fun challenge, to not only add variety to your weekly classes, but will also enhance your training program and give you the best opportunity to dramatically change your body composition, improve heart health and make you stronger.
